CNC machined out of a billet of aluminium to exact tolerances, Proflow throttle bodies feature a stainless steel throttle shaft that is supported by ball bearings making for a frictionless throttle travel, making the throttle response ultra smooth from idle to wide open throttle. Supplied complete with an adapter plate to fit the standard manifold, these are ready to bolt on and installation is a simple process for the novice to experienced enthusiast. Part number PFETBLS102 for the throttle body & PFETBLSADPT2 for the adapter plate. 4 bolt throttle body – straight bolt up to aftermarket manifolds using a 4 bolt pattern, or bolt up to a factory manifold using the supplied adapter. Supplied with a 3 bolt to 4 bolt CNC machined billet adapter to use these on a standard manifold. Utilizes your factory TPS & IAC. Supplied with 4 x Stainless Steel bolts for a consistent look & finish. CNC machined silver finish. Suitable for VT VX & VY LS1 Commodore. Engine cover will need to be removed in some models to fit over the larger throttle body. Will not fit VZ, VE or VF models. High Tolerance Springs Installation Note: When installing this product, the operator shall wear gloves to avoid the risk of hand injury. The upper holder used in this shock must be K-Sport’s original component. This shock absorbers may not be compatible with the upper holder of other brands. K-Sport shall not take any liability for damage to the shock or accidents that are caused by connecting the upper holder of other brands with this shock. Be sure to observe local relevant vehicle regulations about usage of adjustable shock absorbers. (For example, height limit, headlight ground clearance limit) K-Sport shall hold no liability for any violation against local vehicle regulations or laws. According to the installation instructions, avoid uneven road surface and driving at low speed. Ensure that components of the product are not loosened or oil is not leaking. Tighten all components with specified torque periodically. When a suitable height is determined it shall be tested and calibrated on straight line. The vehicle should go to a specified workshop or a commissioned vehicle calibration center to adjust the calibration. Technical The damping setting and spring rate for this product is different from the vehicle’s original shock absorbers. Any shock absorbers can be disassembled completely to change the damping setting. Disassembling the shock absorber also offers a chance for inspection and service to the shock.
