From the outset VCM adopted an all-encompassing approach, kicking off the process by securing the services of an industry leading Design Engineer with induction process credentials that are respected for being world class. His brief was to assist in the design and development of a product and ancillaries that would exceed the demands of the neediest customer; he would ensure OEM fitment and finish.
