The package includes the Plastic OTR, a K&N panel filter, a rubber coupling, hose clamps, adjustable brackets, and the rubber grommet for location of the IAT sensor. All new design with applying everything learnt from making the Alloy OTR and the current VE/VF OTR. OEM style plastic construction – lightweight & strong with lower heat retention than aluminium designs. Larger filter area using a K&N air filter, filter surface area measures a HUGE 305mm x 145mm (approx). Adjustable mounting brackets ensure a secure installation. Powerbond 25% Underdrive Harmonic Balancer, Belt & Pulley Kit Suitable for all VF Holden Commodore & HSV L77 6lt & LS3 6.2lt V8. This is a full underdrive kit including balancer, 5 x pulleys and 2 x belts. Absolutely no tune is required. Just simple, bolt-on power and performance. Expect up to 10-15hp in standard and modified applications. So what do underdrive pulleys do? Underdrive pulley systems increase engine horsepower by reducing the amount of power required to drive external engine accessories. For example, the alternator, power steering, water pump and air compressor rob horsepower from your engine. By replacing factory-sized crank and accessory drive pulleys with a resized balancer, the accessories are slowed, resulting in more horsepower available to the drive wheels. All pulleys are manufactured from Billet Steel or Aluminium, exceeding factory quality. The smaller, lighter harmonic balancer is like a lightweight flywheel and can sharpen throttle response and allow the engine to rev out faster by reducing the rotating inertia on the front of the crankshaft. As for the idler/tensioner pulleys, even for low mileage vehicles these Nuline pulleys offer distinct advantages in that they are all metal construction and therefore much stronger and wear resistant than the original plastic units. The pulleys also feature heavy-duty high-speed bearings for performance use. The kit is finished off with the multiple ribbed Dayco Polyrib belt which provides better belt-to-pulley contact for less slippage than conventional V-belts. Every Powerbond Race Series balancer features a precision CNC machined AUSI 1045 forged steel hub bonded to an equally strong steel inertia ring. This steel inertia ring is positively protected against forward and backward movement and has the assurance of bonded rubber to eliminate spinning. Every model has easy to read computer etched timing marks. All Powerbond Race Series balancers feature a keyway slot in order to meet SFI Race certification 18.1. The VCM Performance brushed alloy OTR is well regarded as one of the best performing cold air intakes for the Holden VT2-VZ V8 range, but aesthetically its not everyones cup of tea. Now you can have the performance gains and induction noise of the original but in an attractive powder coated black finish. Unlike the original, this one is sure to look at home in virtually any engine bay. The VCM Performance Alloy OTR kits are suitable for VT-VZ LS V8’s with standard bonnets. The package includes the Alloy OTR, a K&N panel filter, a rubber coupling, hose clamps, and the rubber grommet for location of the IAT sensor. To ensure maximum performance with the least possible restriction, you will require a MAF-less tune when using this product! Genuine VCM OTR intake. Genuine K&N Air Filter. Genuine VCM Rubber boot / coupling. High quality hose clamps. Rubber grommet for location of the IAT sensor. Powdercoated stealth black finish. This is the GENUINE article! There are currently many cheap, poor quality, imported copies of this intake on the market. The imported copies are not made to the same standards, and use a generic brand, poor flowing air filter.
