MAMBA Oil Pressure Gauge Adapter for LS SERIES Engines. Suit Holden / Chevy LS Series Engines 5.7, 6.0, 6.2. M16x1.5 thread with 1/8 NPT auxiliary port. Manufactured from CNC6061 Machined Aluminum. Whilst still retaining original factory gauge (Factory senders must be retained as this will affect the vehicles ECU). 1/8 NPT auxiliary port on running an aftermarket oil pressure/oil temperature gauge or running an oil feed line to a supercharger or turbocharge. Located at the rear of the engine, carefully remove the factory sender. Once removed begin carefully screwing down the MAMBA adaptor by hand. It is IMPORTANT that the auxiliary port is facing the correct position so the aftermarket sender can be fitted. Once the adapter is in position you can now tighten the adaptor with a spanner, tighten a further 1-16″ to 1/8″ MAX of a turn allowing the alloy crush washers to have a positive seal. (make sure not to overtighten as this could strip the thread) After this is done screw in the aftermarket gauge sender. Once installation is complete and the engine has been running check for any leaks. MAMBA recommends this adaptor should be fitted by a qualified technician to eliminate any damage to the adaptor or your vehicle. Everything shown on first picture included.
