This enables an aftermarket racing wheel to be fitted in place of the airbag-equipped standard wheel. It is machined from a solid piece of aircraft grade aluminium and is supplied ready for you to paint (or you can leave it as a machined finish). This item is race-proven and there is no stronger boss kit on the market. Beware of thin cast aluminium boss kits out there. Please note this is intended for off road use/track use. It is illegal to remove the airbag from a street driven road car. It is perfect for race car builders looking for an inexpensive way to fit a racing wheel to these models of Commodore. Indicators and cancelling will remain fully functional. It will still fit a street driven commodore perfectly fine, it is just not legal to remove the airbag to do so.
